A dynamic technology firm is seeking a UI / UX Designer to shape the user experience by owning the full design lifecycle. This role requires simplifying complex HR workflows into intuitive interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility. Contract type: Permanent
Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + pension + benefits

We are looking for a creative UI / UX Designer to shape the future of the TalentMapper experience. As we transition from an outsourced model to our founding in-house squad, you will be the voice of the user, translating complex HR data into clean, intuitive, and engaging interfaces. You will own the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high‑fidelity prototyping, ensuring our ‘skills-first’ engine is accessible and powerful for every user.
