TruckForce, part of Goodyear Tyres, offers an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Inspector! This role will support the Truck Team in delivering targets in relation to our tyre inspection programmes by providing great customer service.
Desired Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Current knowledge or previous experience of commercial truck or tyres is desirable but not essential as we will provide training to a passionate candidate willing to learn and develop in their career.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment is desirable, B2B.
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under own initiative.
- IT literate.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Current UK Valid Driving Licence (Essential).

Role and Responsibilities
- Inspection of tyres at nominated user sites locally and regionally, to ensure agreed standards are being adhered to in accordance with service level agreements.
- Liaison with TruckForce stakeholders to inform them of required remedial work plans.
- Prioritise time to work and collaborate with customers and the allocated location to ensure monthly tyre inspection KPI target is achieved.
- Adopt a one‑team mindset to ensure all stakeholders are engaged to deliver commitments and first‑class customer service.
- Monitor product performance to maximise the usable life of all tyres fitted to the fleet and to inform policy decisions.
