Job Overview

A London based residential developer is seeking two permanent Senior Technical Coordinators to work on schemes in East and West London.

The company employs over 300 people and operates extensively throughout the UK on projects ranging from private mixed use right through to social, regeneration and heritage developments with values of up to 1 billion GBP.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator, ideally with another residential developer
• Strong design and CAD experience with an emphasis on residential high rise buildings
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Experience in monitoring complex design
• Experience in leading and developing individuals
• Commercial acumen
