Trusts & Estates Lawyer
Location: Bristol

Are you an ambitious Private Wealth lawyer ready to take the next step in your career? Our client are a Top 100 law firm who are seeking an experienced Associate (4+ years PQE) to join their thriving Trusts & Estates team. You can expect to work closely with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, trustees, and landowners, handling a diverse caseload while making a meaningful impact.

The Role:

  • Advising on wills, succession planning, trusts, and probate.
  • Handling estate administration, tax, and wealth preservation strategies.
  • Working with families across generations to develop practical legal solutions.
  • Taking responsibility for complex matters while delivering high-quality work.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and professional connections.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience within Private Wealth law.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A track record of business development and networking success.
  • Resilience and confidence in handling complex legal matters.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure.
