We are currently recruiting for a Trust Services Partner.

  • Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday
  • Location: George Eliot Hospital (On‑site)
  • Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus access to a range of exclusive rewards and benefits

About the Role: This is a critical role for the local NHS Trust. As a Trust Services Partner, you will provide on‑site customer support for ward managers and NHSP bank workers (flexible staff), ensuring that all interactions with NHSP are simple, efficient, and supportive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering expert advice and guidance to resolve queries that the NHSP National Service Centre cannot handle.
  • Visiting wards to check in with ward managers and flexible workers, monitoring satisfaction, and promoting NHSP to potential new workers.
  • Managing client relationships to ensure a high level of service and engagement across the Trust.
