About Heracles

Heracles is the UK’s first evidence-based longevity platform built specifically for men. We provide personalised, preventative, pharmacological care from home — combining advanced diagnostics, expert-led protocols, and clinical-grade education.

A core pillar of our medical service is Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). We work with men experiencing symptoms of androgen deficiency, metabolic decline, and related conditions, delivering safe, guideline-led treatment supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Our clinical leadership includes specialists in urology, endocrinology, psychosexual therapy, and clinical nutrition. We are now expanding our GP panel with a doctor who has direct, hands‑on experience managing TRT patients.

Role Overview

You will lead the delivery of Heracles’ TRT service — supporting diagnosis, prescribing, and ongoing optimisation for men undergoing treatment. This includes digital consultations, interpreting blood panels, monitoring therapeutic response, and adjusting treatment plans in line with evidence‑based protocols.

This role requires a clinician who understands the nuances of TRT management and is committed to improving outcomes for men with testosterone deficiency.

Key Responsibilities
TRT Clinical Duties
  • Conduct asynchronous and video consultations for new and returning TRT patients
  • Create personalised TRT treatment plans
  • Prescribe and manage testosterone formulations used within Heracles
  • Monitor ongoing therapy: symptom tracking, follow‑up bloods, dose adjustments
  • Identify side effects early and manage them safely (e.g., haematocrit monitoring, fertility considerations)
  • Collaborate with our pharmacy for safe prescribing and fulfilment
Medical Governance
  • Ensure documentation meets CQC and GMC remote prescribing standards
  • Contribute to and refine our TRT clinical SOPs
  • Participate in monthly clinical governance sessions
  • Escalate complex endocrine / urology cases appropriately
Innovation & Support
  • Provide clinical insight to improve the digital TRT journey (questionnaires, follow‑up flows, dashboards)
  • Support educational content relating to testosterone, metabolic health, and treatment optimisation
  • Optionally contribute to public‑facing content (blogs, podcasts, masterclasses)
Who We’re Looking For

  • Confident managing remote consultations and digital records
  • Excellent written clinical communication
Desirable
  • Experience with metabolic interventions (GLP-1s, weight management protocols)
  • Understanding of fertility preservation and adjunct therapies within TRT
  • Experience working within a digital health setting
  • Willingness to participate in clinical education content
