In order to be considered for this role, you must have aproven track record working as a Tribunal Officer within a local authoritysetting, along withrecent experience of appeal managementfrom start to finishcovering whole resolutionsand agood knowledge of SEN/D & the SEND Code of Practicewhilst youwon’t be required to represent at hearings.
Responsibilities will include:-
The role of SEND Tribunal Officer will also include liaison and advice with locality SENAR teams and in this role, you will be supported by business support officers who will do all the bundles.
