Job summary

Qualifications

Overview

Job Title: Treasury Analyst

Location: Fully Remote (following training in Ewloe, Flintshire)

Remuneration: 60,000+ per annum plus 5% OTE

Contract Details: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Support Treasury leadership with cash reporting, optimisation, and forecasting.
  • Assist in developing and documenting Treasury policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate on managing bank operations for an exceptional Treasury service.
  • Participate in projects related to Treasury restructuring and bank relationship optimisation.
  • Help set up and manage a new Notional Cash pool in EMEA.
  • Maintain relationships with EMEA banking providers and interact with cash pool participants.
  • Forecast cash requirements and optimise cash position at both the cash pool and entity levels.
  • Monitor cash pool position daily to ensure appropriate cash levels.
  • Seek process improvements and contribute to Treasury projects.
  • Assist with statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Work closely with regional and global Treasury teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Treasury initiatives.
What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other office products.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Treasury management systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred.
