A leading service provider in Craigavon is seeking a Travel & Events Co-Ordinator to efficiently manage travel arrangements and coordinate corporate events. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in travel coordination or event planning, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Flexible working hours offered. Occasional travel may be required.

We are currently expanding our Travel & Events Co-ordination and logistics team and welcome CV's from experienced travel & events experts.
As a Travel & Events Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient planning of both corporate travel and events for our internal team and subcontractors. You will be responsible for sourcing, booking, and managing domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all travel is cost-effective, timely, and fully compliant with visa and entry requirements.
Additionally, you will coordinate and manage the planning and execution of company events — ranging from internal team-building sessions to participation in major global industry conferences. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.

Essential Criteria:
Hour of work: 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 17:00 and Friday 8.30am - 14:30. however we remain flexible with hours of work for the right candidate. Occasional travel may be required from time to time.
