Job summary

A respected charity organization in Ipswich is seeking a committed Sexual Violence Service Manager. In this role, you will lead teams, ensure high-quality support for survivors of sexual violence, and work collaboratively across East Anglia. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, substantial management experience, and a strong commitment to trauma-informed practices. Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in service or operational management.
  • Confidence in managing quality, resources, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Service Delivery Department overseeing teams and resources.
  • Coordinate service provision across East Anglia.
  • Manage safeguarding processes and enhance performance.
