Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations. Working 45 hours a week, Sunday to Thursday from 23:00 to 08:00am and it will be a 9 hour shift.

Duties

• To support the Transport Manager in managing the transport operation.
• Ensures any non‑compliance is reported to the Transport Manager.
• Ensure the safe delivery of products and the administration of paperwork to a high-quality standard.
• Carry out daily driver debriefs.
• Deals with day‑to‑day Driver issues (e.g., uniform, daily driver checks, vehicle cleanliness).
• Liaise with drivers, maintenance and breakdown recovery companies in relation to vehicle breakdowns.
• To ensure daily vehicle checks are carried out.
• Working in a safe manner.
