A leading logistics company in East Kilbride is seeking a Transport Shift Manager to oversee transport operations for Sainsbury's. Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Transport Shift Manager (Nights) to join our team in Langlands, for our customer Sainsbury's. You'll play a pivot role as a leader for our colleagues in Transport (inc. Fleet), ensuring best-in-class service for optimising, utilisation and smooth running of our operation. You'll demonstrate great leadership that promotes an inclusive culture, generating high levels of trust which drives high performance, whilst meeting responsibilities including; legal, KPIS, budgetary and customer service levels.
The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. 40 hours per week (predominately Monday to Friday but requires flexibility for 5 days out of 7, hours of 22.00 to 6.00).
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 per annum (£3,000 additional shift allowance), and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
