We’re looking for a Transport Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis at our Sherburn site.
In this role, you’ll oversee transport operations across multiple sites, ensuring everything runs efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively. You’ll lead teams, optimize fleet performance, maintain service standards, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service while managing budgets and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £47,000 per annum plus company car/ car allowance. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.
