WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Optimise performance across all resources, KPI's and safety processes onsite
• Overseeing the transport operation, ensuring efficient resource allocation and fleet management
• Lead, inspire and develop the operations team to reach their full potential
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the customers and internal teams to enhance collaboration and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety records, regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of health and safety best practices

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven experience as a Transport Manager or in a similar role, successfully leading a large‑scale transport operation with a fleet exceeding 100 drivers
• Hold a valid International Transport Manager CPC is an essential requirement
• Experience in unionised environments is advantageous, particularly in building collaborative relationships
• A strong track record in team engagement and development, fostering a motivated and collaborative team
