Job summary

Bis Henderson Recruitment are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s day shift team in Appleton, Warrington. This is a stable, full‑time role with a 40‑hour week (Mon‑Fri) and a salary of £29,000, offering development prospects within a supportive environment.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, manage orders through to delivery, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with carriers, warehouse staff and delivery points to ensure accurate ETAs and compliant

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles with strong customer care focus.
• Experience in a small team environment is preferred.
• IT literate with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and administrative capabilities.
• Must have unrestricted right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers for information sharing and issue resolution.
• Develop strong working relationships and trust with key contacts.
• Ensure cost and service compliance to internal and customer processes.
• Take ownership from the initial order through to successful delivery.
• Proactively monitor key sensitivities ensuring compliance with processes.
• Liaise between carriers, warehouse, customer and delivery points to provide accurate delivery ETAs
• Responsible for compilation and distribution of relevant reports and KPI's.
• Manage all day delivery activity to ensure successful completion.
