Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a Service Advisor in Warrington to join a leading motor retail group. The role involves greeting customers, detailing services, upselling warranties and loyalty schemes, and liaising with workshop staff to ensure smooth vehicle flow.

You will maintain accurate vehicle/service records, handle invoicing, and deliver high standards of customer service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach with a friendly professional manner.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service is highly desirable.
• Technical understanding of servicing, repairs and warranty procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and manage first impressions.
• Clearly communicate services, repairs and products available.
• Promote and upsell services, warranties, accessories and loyalty schemes.
• Record customer vehicle details and service requirements with authorisations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Oversee invoicing and job costing procedures for accuracy.
• Coordinate with workshop team for smooth scheduling and vehicle flow.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and records.
