Smith and Brock Ltd in Deptford is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our night team. You’ll be the first point of contact for orders, queries, and issues, delivering great service with care.

This full-time, 40-hour role involves handling orders by phone and email, coordinating with internal teams, resolving problems, and promoting seasonal products. Night shift 5pm–2am, ASAP start; no prior experience required but helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organised.
• Team player who can work independently when needed.
• Shift pattern: 5pm to 2am (night shift).
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders, issues and complaints by phone and email.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth daily ordering.
