As a Transport Administrator based in Kingsway, you will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern on the night shift (18:00 - 06:00). You will be responsible for managing and coordinating transport activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support to colleagues and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- General administration duties in line with Transport legislation, company policy, and procedures.
- Assist and report to the Transport Management team.
- Ensure good standards of Health and Safety are followed by yourself and the team.
- Assist with vehicle defect management through the VOR process.
- Administer the movement of vehicles and related activities.
- Undertake activities in line with KPI requirements and SLA's.
- Book drivers and vehicles into the depot.
- Organize trailer servicing and support compliance with procedures.
- Issue paperwork and manage driver bookings from the transport department.
- Conduct face-to-face pre- and de-briefs with drivers.
- Monitor management software systems for compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and health and safety obligations.
- Collaborate with operational partners including other departments, depots, and customer locations.
- Perform other site administration as required.
