Responsibilities

• Work on specific projects and programmes; sometimes alone or with other members of the Improvement team.
• Collaborate with teams to define clear aims, metrics, benefits tracking and realisation.
• Develop and manage detailed implementation plans; identify and mitigate risks.
• Analyse complex datasets to inform decision making on service model design.
• Work across services and teams including digital services and clinical staff.
• Be flexible to work across hospital sites in Essex.
