A leading insurance provider is hiring a Transformation Change Lead to play a vital role in enterprise-wide transformation efforts. The successful candidate will manage delivery performance, co-own project governance, and ensure adoption of changes across the business. Location: London and Bristol
Starting salary: National c. £80,000 - London c. £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

You’ll work within a connected team to co‑own delivery performance, embed good practices, and support adoption of change across Markets and Functions. From driving governance and reporting into key forums to supporting benefits tracking and resource alignment, you’ll play a central role in shaping how Aviva delivers transformation at scale.
