Starting salary: National c. £80,000 - London c. £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

A bit about the job:

Aviva is investing significantly in building a ‘OneAviva’ Transformation capability, and this role is pivotal in enabling and embedding delivery of our transformation ambitions. You’ll work within a connected team to co‑own delivery performance, embed good practices, and support adoption of change across Markets and Functions. From driving governance and reporting into key forums to supporting benefits tracking and resource alignment, you’ll play a central role in shaping how Aviva delivers transformation at scale.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Extensive experience in large‑scale transformation delivery, in financial services or similarly complex/regulatory environments
  • Proven ability to execute transformation strategies that achieve tangible, measurable results
  • Experienced in programme and portfolio management
  • Skilled in data‑led decision making, reporting and insight creation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

  • Starting salary between National c. £80,000 - London c. £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
