Your new role

The client is looking to attract the services of an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to lead their AP and AR functions in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive process excellence, system enhancements and team development within a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven organisation.

Core responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the AP/AR teams, ensuring efficient and customer-focused service reporting and delivery.
  • Review processes and procedures, driving efficiencies across the function.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and openness to change across finance.
  • Coach and develop a team of Finance Assistants, including those overseas.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Involved in at least two system implementations and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of AP/AR best practices and financial controls.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong numeracy.
  • Previous line management experience.
