A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Training Programme Director to manage and support case managers for doctors in training. The role involves leadership in educational environments and improving professional support services in the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex region. Ideal candidates will have a medical degree and substantial leadership experience. This is a part-time secondment role based in Horley.
Training Programme Director for Professional Support and Wellbeing Service (PSWS) for KSS. This is a 3 PA Training Programme Director vacancy. The role supports and delivers professional support and wellbeing services to resident doctors in training across the Kent, Surrey and Sussex region, working with the PSWS Associate Dean and Regional PSWS Business Manager.

Applicants from within the NHS will be offered on a secondment basis only; agreement should be obtained from their employer prior to submitting the application.
The post is offered on a secondment basis. Successful candidates are responsible for securing written agreement from their Trust/Practice for release from clinical work for the specified number of PAs/sessions. In line with sessional TPD payments, NHSE provide an employer contribution at £10k per annum per 1 PA.
