Whether you're a school leaver looking for your first step into the working world, or a career changer ready to explore a new path, this 3-month trainee programme is designed to give you the skills, experience, and confidence to succeed in the water hygiene industry. Once qualified you will join our team of engineers carrying out work within your region.

What You'll Learn

You'll be trained by experienced engineers and supported every step of the way. By the end of the programme, you'll be able to:

  • Carry out water hygiene tasks such as temperature monitoring, water sampling, and tank inspections
  • Understand and follow health & safety procedures
  • Read and complete site logbooks and reports
  • Work independently and as part of a team
