Role: Trainee Technical Coordinator

Location: Kettering

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting the technical team with administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate design approvals and legal documentation.
  • Reviewing utility designs, technical drawings, and legal requirements.
  • Preparing and tracking paperwork for legal approvals, invoices, and project documentation.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records, tracking key milestones, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Attending client meetings and providing project updates.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great organisational abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • CAD or AutoCAD experience is ideal.
  • A keen interest in the technical, construction or utilities sector (experience is a bonus, but not essential).
