Are you a Gardener or Soft Landscaper looking to progress into a Site Supervisor role, with full training and support from a friendly, close-knit team that truly values your work, while contributing to unique and environmentally impactful groundworks projects for a leading company in invasive plant removal?

In this role, you'll be working on-site at residential and commercial properties across the South East helping to manage projects and carry out hands‑on work such as digging, herbicide treatments, landscaping, planting, pruning, turfing, and site clearance. Over time, you'll step into more responsibility as you build experience and confidence.

The Role:
  • Hands‑on site work including invasive plant removal, herbicide treatments, and landscaping
