A leading traffic management company in Stafford is seeking a Trainee Site Supervisor to manage Metering teams for Severn Trent Water. In this role, you will ensure project delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service and health and safety. The successful candidate will possess a related college education, excellent IT skills, and a full UK driving licence. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

As a Trainee Site Supervisor, with support and training you will manage the teams within the Water Metering contract for Severn Trent Water. To ensure a successful delivery of the metering projects within the team, whilst maintaining the highest Customer Service and Health and Safety standards.
You will supervise the teams – ensuring that the work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to our Client’s expectations. You will provide operational leadership – ensuring that the work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to our Client’s expectations. In addition to Health and Safety, customer service is critical to Severn Trent Water. You will ensure that work is carried out in a manner which builds the confidence of developers and adopts a ‘right first time’ approach.
