• A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
• Previous experience working within customer service, sales, recruitment or logistics would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls.
• Managing own and office emails.
• Placing adverts for temporary and permanent roles.
• CV screening and interviewing candidates.
• Generating leads and winning new business.
• Developing relationships with existing clients.
• Arranging and attending client meetings face to face.
• Cross-selling a range of services.
• Data cleansing our in-house system.
• Contacting relevant businesses within EH postcode area.
• Attending networking events and local job fairs.
• Daily and weekly admin tasks.
• Participation in our 24/7 on-call service on a rotation basis.
