Reeds Rains is looking to recruit a highly motivated Trainee Property Manager to join our team in Liverpool on a full-time, permanent basis.

What you will receive:

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and resolve maintenance issues by urgency and importance
  • Maintain high standards of communication with landlords and tenants
  • Conduct and analyze property inspection reports, liaising with landlords and providing relevant advice
  • Book checkouts, analyze reports, and process documentation according to company procedures
  • Manage end-of-tenancy returns and negotiate dilapidation compensation for landlords
  • Check invoices against work orders and arrange payments to contractors
  • Manage tenancy renewal processes, monitor rent arrears, chase payments, and update landlords
  • Prepare and serve legal notices
  • Handle deposit returns
Candidate requirements:
