Our client is a well respected legal firm who are looking to recruit a Trainee Paralegal to join their busy team.

As a Paralegal you will be responsible for the preparation of correspondence and documents, online search ordering and form submission. You will also be responsible for the administration of matter files, this includes, opening, closing and maintaining complete records. You will be updating the database, supporting Solicitors, and other administrative tasks that are required.

For this Trainee Paralegal role: No previous legal experience in necessary, as full training will be provided.

  • Previous experience working within an Office environment is desirable
  • You will have great customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • You will need excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Be able to prioritise your workload, and multi-task
  • You will need to use your own initiative and be able to manage your own work load and work well under pressure.
  • Educated to A- levels standard(Desirable)
  • Have a desire to learn, and passion to make the most of your training
  • Excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude
