Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care as a Senior Carer or similar role.
  • Understanding of the care planning process and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to administer medicines and lead a shift.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver residents’ care plans under nurse guidance.
  • Administer medicines and manage catheter care.
  • Report accidents and support residents with dementia.
