Job summary

A leading property services company in Canterbury is looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor. You will build relationships with Estate Agency teams, provide customer support, and help new customers through the mortgage service process. • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support.
• Attracting new customers and business in a result-driven environment.
• Walking customers through the entire mortgage service process.
