Qualifications

• Minimum 3 G.C.S.E’s including Maths and English or equivalent.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Qualified in NABIM Modules 1-4, with further qualifications to be achieved.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Mill Food / Feed Safety Checks including HACCP Critical Control Points.
• Flour blending to specification while minimizing waste.
• Monitor Mill processes in the control room and rectify faults.
• Support laboratory with QA checks to maintain product quality.
• Contribute to internal and external audits ensuring cleanliness.
