Trainee Industrial Sewing Machinist - Cheltenham (Temp to Perm)

Hours : Monday to Friday 08 : 00-16 : 00

Location : Cheltenham

Type : Temp to Perm

Pay : £12.31-£14.00 / hr (dependent on experience)

Experience with industrial or domestic sewing is ideal - but not essential. If you're eager to learn, my client will fully train and upskill you for a long-term career. You'll be stitching and assembling packaging the protects everything from helicopters to generators for transportation and delivery across engineering, automotive and aerospace industries.

What You'll Do

Package and wrap industrial products ready for safe and secure logistics and transportation

Operate industrial sewing machines including Jack machines, Long Arm Stitchers and Seiko machines

Stich and assemble packaging products to the highest of standards

Follow stitching plans and design drawings (training will be provided)

Inspect and test finished products to ensure accuracy, strength and durability

Maintain a clean and safe workspace while meeting production deadlines
