A leading agricultural company in Ashburton is seeking a Trainee Field Representative. Successfully aid day-to-day activities of the Field and Agronomy team, including crop management and evaluations. Ideal candidates possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and if possible, formal agricultural training and a Class 2 License. We are looking for a Trainee Field Representative team member who is a self-starter looking for a new adventure, has a positive attitude, enjoys working hard and is honest, reliable, willing to learn, well organised and has good attention to detail, to become part of the Field Team at our Ashburton plant. Reporting to the Agronomy Team Lead, this role is to aid the day-to-day activities of the Field and Agronomy team, including but not limited to, crop seed allocations and planting, raw crop sampling during pea, corn, carrot and potato seasons, crop harvest, and storage operations. This is a growth role with opportunities to participate in industry developments and training and the opportunity to progress further within the team for the right candidate. Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications.
