About the Role

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are currently seeking trainee door fitters to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of roller shutters, sectional doors, and other industrial door systems at various client sites. Full training will be provided to the successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and fit roller doors (manual and electric) to a high standard
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on existing door systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel to various job sites

Desirable (but Not Essential)

• Safe Pass
• Full clean driving licence
