Holmeswood Coaches Ltd is a family business established in 1947 that operates 140 vehicles from six depots in Lancashire and Cheshire. We have a mixed fleet of coaches and buses and are looking for good people to join our expanding organisation.

Holmeswood Coaches are looking for trainee professional PCV drivers to join our expanding and hardworking team. Once qualified drivers willing to work fulltime & overtime have potential earnings of well over £40,000.00 per annum.

In time duties include tours, excursions, private hire and school contract work.

Throughout the training period, Holmeswood would provide candidates with a category D licence, Digital Tachograph Card and a full driver’s CPC.

Candidates need to be willing to undergo a DBS check.

Naturally, safety is paramount and you will operate within legal requirements such as tachographs, driver hours regulations, this will also include ensuring all vehicle defects and any incidents are reported in line with the company procedures.

Good communication and people skills are of vital importance, both with the public and within the team.

Working Patterns - 35 HOURS PER WEEK PLUS OVERTIME AS REQUIRED.
