A leading coffee establishment in Bangor is seeking a reliable individual to fill a temporary role focused on developing leadership skills in a customer-oriented setting. This hands-on position offers genuine opportunities for progression into a supervisory role. Responsibilities include managing the cash drawer accurately, ensuring consistent quality in coffee preparation, and maintaining a clean environment. Candidates should be interested in the coffee culture and able to work under pressure. Training will be provided, and flexible hours may be available.
THE EMPLOYER IS: CARGO COFFEE. This role is ideal for someone to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for coffee culture. This is a hands-on development role with genuine progression opportunities into a supervisory position for the right person. Training will include shift leadership, stock control, cash handling, hygiene standards, and customer experience excellence.
The Employer is: CARGO COFFEE. JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information. Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
