Howdens Joinery is seeking a Business Developer to grow trade customers in our UK depots. You will combine face-to-face and phone outreach to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive sales with kitchen designers and territory reps. A confident communicator who thrives on targets will fit in well.

You’ll join a busy depot team, contributing to customer engagement, lead generation, and pipeline movement while upholding Howdens’ values and service standards.

Competenze

• Experience in customer-facing roles and driving sales.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with trade customers.
• Comfort with speaking to customers on the phone and face to face.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to hitting targets.
• Strong organisation and pipeline management skills.

Mansioni

• Call existing trade customers to strengthen relationships and grow spend.
• Identify opportunities from customer data and restore inactive accounts.
• Manage a targeted customer list and meet daily call targets.
• Promote products, offers and events to maintain engagement.
• Arrange surveys and appointments for Kitchen Sales Designers.
• Support depot administration and assist with general tasks.
