Howdens Joinery is seeking a proactive Business Developer to grow local depots by engaging with trade customers face-to-face and on the phone. You will generate leads, arrange appointments, and move the pipeline with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to convert conversations into sales.

You will thrive on targets, enjoy building rapport, and be commercially minded, self-motivated, and well-organised to manage customer activity and drive value across depots.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak with customers on phone and face to face.
• Proven aptitude for turning conversations into opportunities and driving sales.
• Experience in telesales, account management or customer-focused roles is helpful.

• Call existing trade customers to build long-term relationships and grow business.
• Use customer data to spot inactivity and win back accounts.
