A leading Third Party Administration firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a growing team of claims handlers. The successful candidate will handle public liability claims, mentor team members, and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. Ideal applicants should have a background in claims management or the insurance industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to resolve issues effectively. This position is based at our Leeds office.
Crawford TPA is our highly successful Third Party Administration offering, handling claims for corporate companies and Insurers. We’re looking for our next team leader to support and manager our rapidly expanding team of claims handlers, based at our Leeds office.
Your team will be handling a wide variety of public liability claims specifically claims made against local authority clients so you’ll need to have insight into all manner of claims, from trips and slips to tenancy complaints, subsidence and complex injury cases.
Your skills and experience as a team leader will help support and guide your team in providing swift settlement within expected service level agreements wherever possible, whilst also ensuring each claim has been fully investigated with a full audit of claims specific information. You’ll also be guiding and training your teams on policy cover information, such as liability and excess cover, also ensuring the team relay this information to the policy holder in a professional and courteous manner.
