What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge of preparing development plans, ideally with experience working for the public sector.
  • Strong communication skills, political acumen, and a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to deliver projects efficiently, work independently, and be a collaborative team player.
  • Ideally RTPI chartered status.
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and the drive to deliver high-quality work.
