• Principal Planner: For experienced Planners who thrive in managing the delivery of projects and supporting the development of others. You\'ll lead planning projects, provide expert advice, and play a key role in business development, all while making a real impact on communities.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of preparing development plans, ideally with experience working for the public sector.
• Strong communication skills, political acumen, and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to deliver projects efficiently, work independently, and be a collaborative team player.
• Ideally RTPI chartered status.
