Are you passionate about delivering excellent service and supporting the academic experience at Leeds Beckett University? We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our Timetable Office as a Timetabling Officer.

As a key member of the team, you will

  • Provide a comprehensive academic timetabling service, working closely with academic and administrative colleagues to produce full-year timetables for students and staff.
  • Optimise the use of the University estate and specialist facilities, ensuring our timetable systems and records are accurate and well-maintained.
  • Offer support, guidance, and training on timetabling and data capture systems, and assist with the production of management reports for key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the planning and operation of projects, implement business and system processes, and liaise with software suppliers to resolve issues.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience of timetabling in higher education or a similar environment.
  • Possesses strong IT skills, with the ability to use corporate databases and analyse data to support business intelligence.
  • Demonstrates excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver quality user training.
  • Is committed to outstanding customer service and can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
