What we are looking for:
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, audiences, and platform culture.
  • Commercially minded with experience in forecasting, reporting, and performance‑based decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with online audiences.
  • Comfortable hosting and appearing on live video; confident, personable, and energetic on camera.
  • Previous experience managing TikTok Shop, live commerce, or social commerce channels preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic product leader who will be responsible for managing the UK’s product portfolio, drive go‑to‑market strategies for new innovations, and provide guidance on optimising the range for local commercial functions. This role combines strategic product management, hands‑on execution of new launches, and day‑to‑day optimisation of our portfolio. The candidate will manage a large, multi‑category product portfolio, working on both local and global launches. You will collaborate closely with global and local Content & Licensing teams as well as local Marketing, Retail, Operations & Finance teams— all with the aim to create the best possible portfolio for our little listeners.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic TikTok Shop Account Manager to lead and grow our presence on TikTok Shop in the UK market. This role will be responsible for end‑to‑end management of the TikTok Shop business, including execution of the strategy, live shopping hosting, content planning, promotional execution, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be confident on camera, commercially driven, and highly knowledgeable about the TikTok platform and social commerce trends.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • TikTok Shop Live Hosting
    • Host engaging TikTok Shop livestream sessions to showcase products, drive conversions, and build brand awareness.
    • Prepare live scripts, product demonstrations, and promotional messaging.
    • Monitor live performance metrics and continuously optimise for engagement and sales results.
  • Account & Channel Management
    • Lead day‑to‑day operations of the TikTok Shop platform, ensuring products, listings and storefront are up to date and optimised.
    • Plan and manage promotional calendars in alignment with campaign, seasonal and commercial priorities.
    • Execute forecasting and sales planning to achieve channel revenue growth targets.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Develop, launch and monitor paid and organic TikTok campaigns to improve visibility, engagement and conversion.
    • Collaborate with content creators, influencers and internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand‑aligned content.
    • Track campaign performance, report insights and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Community & Relationship Management
    • Engage proactively with the TikTok audience through comments, messaging and live chat interactions.
    • Build relationships with creators, brand partners and TikTok Shop account representatives.
    • Cultivate a positive and active community presence around the brand.
