TikTok Content Creator – Job Scope
- Have prior relevant experience with marketing background.
- Must be creative and able to work independently.
Content Creation
- Plan, film, and edit short-form TikTok videos aligned with brand identity.
- Create engaging content such as:
- Before & after transformations
- Treatment processes
- Educational beauty tips
- Trends, voiceovers, and POV-style content
- Promotions, launches, and offers
- Skits
- Ensure videos are high-quality, well-lit, and on-brand.
Content Planning & Strategy
- Research and stay updated on TikTok trends, sounds, and hashtags.
- Propose content ideas and monthly content calendars.
- Adapt trends to suit the brand’s tone and services.
Posting & Account Management
- Upload content consistently according to posting schedule.
- Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags.
- Tag location, services, and brand where relevant.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor video performance (views, engagement, saves).
- Suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Identify content styles that convert to bookings or inquiries.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with therapists/technicians for filming.
- Guide staff on poses, angles, and timing during shoots.
- Coordinate filming during off-peak or approved times.
Brand & Compliance
- Maintain brand image and professionalism at all times.
- Ensure content complies with company policies and platform guidelines.
- Obtain consent before filming clients.
Others
- Reply to basic TikTok comments or direct traffic to WhatsApp/booking link.
- Part time: 3 videos a week.
- In-house creator: 5 videos a week.
