  • Job Title: Paediatric Therapy Assistant
  • Location: Seeking clinicians nationwide for school, clinical and online work
  • Salary: Up to £26,000 FTE, dependent on experience – multiple positions available due to growth
  • Hours: 37.5 Hour Week – Flexible working across 6 days (Monday‑Saturday)
  • Contract: Permanent – Summer contract – 50 weeks (5 weeks off in summer break, + 22 days holiday)

About the role

As a Paediatric Therapy Assistant at Momenta, you will be responsible for providing interventions under the guidance of a registered Therapist. You will also provide feedback on client progress, attend meetings, and advocate for clients and their families alongside the treating therapist. Your role will also involve supporting the indirect actions of the Therapist such as creating programmes and assisting with scheduling, development of resources and assistance in service improvement projects.

You will be working as part of our online school integration service, Momenta 360, with the oversight of your delegating therapist to support children and young people with SEMH, SEN and Neurodiversity to reach their full potential in their learning and home settings.

Essential Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area
  • GCSEs or equivalent
  • Experience of working with children
  • Effective communication professional skills
Desirable
  • Previous experience of working within healthcare
  • Previous experience working with children with additional needs
  • People management experience
