Spire Fylde Coast Hospital in Blackpool is recruiting an enthusiastic Administrator to join its Theatre administration team on a part-time basis. You will carry out administrative duties, handle enquiries, greet visitors and support the theatre list management.

Qualifications

• Experience of face-to-face customer/patient interaction.
• Excellent administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given).
• Exceptional phone manner.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
• Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
• Responding to email, telephone or face-to-face enquiries.
• Greeting and assisting visitors to the department.
• Photocopying and printing documents for colleagues.
• Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.
• Rescheduling theatre lists and printing theatre lists daily.
