Job summary

Spire Methley Park Hospital is seeking a motivated Administrator to join the Theatre administration team on a Bank 0 Hour Contract. You will manage day-to-day admin tasks, respond to inquiries, and assist with theatre list coordination.

The role requires strong customer interaction and administration skills; prior medical knowledge is advantageous. Training will be provided. Weekly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience of face-to-face customer/patient interaction.
• Excellent administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given).
• Exceptional phone manner.
• Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
• Enthusiastic and energetic professional.

Responsibilities

• Carry out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
• Monitor stationary levels and order office supplies.
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
• Respond to email, telephone or face-to-face enquiries.
• Greet and assist visitors to the department.
• Photocopying and printing documents for colleagues.
• Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.
• Reschedule theatre lists and print lists daily.
