Spire Methley Park Hospital in Methley is seeking a proactive Bank Administrator to join the Theatre administration team on a flexible 0-hour contract. You will handle general admin tasks, support the theatre team, and help maintain efficient patient pathways.

The role suits someone with strong customer service and admin skills, comfortable with databases, and a professional, energetic approach. Training will be provided, and you'll work with a friendly, supportive team in a busy hospital

Qualifications

• Experience of face-to-face customer/patient interaction.
• Excellent administration skills with databases and systems (training will be given).
• Exceptional phone manner.
• Having medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
• Energetic and enthusiastic professional.

Responsabilités

• Carry out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Monitor stationery levels and order office supplies.
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
• Respond to email, telephone or face-to-face enquiries.
• Greet and assist visitors to the department.
• Photocopying and printing documents for colleagues.
• Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.
• Reschedule theatre lists and print daily theatre lists.
