A leading retail company in England is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to oversee store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will manage shift teams, ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment, while promoting a positive shopping experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This role offers competitive hourly pay starting from £14.76, with flexibility in hours and opportunities for part-time work.

Availability Window: Sun 06:30–23:00; Fri 06:30–23:00; Sat 06:30–23:00. The table of days and times has been removed and the information is presented in paragraph form.
Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is Tesco policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), there are opportunities for this too and we would still love to hear from you.
The availability information indicates the periods of time in the week when we’d like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues; if the times you are available match closely but not exactly to the times we advertise, we’d still love to hear from you.
