Territory Sales Manager - Neurosurgery - M62 Corridor

Our client is a fast-growing specialist medical device company that has been developing and manufacturing innovative medical devices for intraoperative neuromonitoring (IOM) for more than 25 years and is one of the leading companies worldwide offering a wide range of IOM systems and services.

They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their Neurosurgery team in the location shown (incorporating spine and pain areas of the portfolio). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience working in an operating theatre environment who is personable, commercially minded, and energised to build a career in account management and sales.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for the North, the role is hybrid (home and field-based), with regular visits to hospitals across your region. You\'ll receive mentoring and support, giving you the tools to grow with the company.

Your focus will be to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and key decision-makers
  • Develop expertise across our neuro and pain portfolio to confidently demonstrate, train, and support customers
  • Grow revenue across your territory by building new and existing accounts
  • Develop product expertise and support users with training, troubleshooting, and field demonstrations

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, but an excellent bonus benefits package will also be offered.
